Dr. Chalip Joins RST as Head
Dr. Laurence Chalip has joined the College of Applied Health Sciences as the Head of the Department of Recreation, Sport and Tourism and as the department's first Brightbill/Sapora Professor. Read about Dr. Chalip.

Smithsonian Folklife Festival
The University of Illinois took part in the Smithsonian Museum’s annual Folklife Festival in Washington, DC, this year, as part of the festival's celebration of the 150th anniversary of the founding of land-grant universities. Read about the festival.
